Studio 
Fine and DanDee studios is almost 1000 sq ft of space separated into 5 different shooting sets, There is the main studio at 6mtrs x 5mtrs has white walls and wooden floor with backgrounds available. Separately we have lounge, office and boudoir setups and a fully equipped dungeon with suspension points.

We have a portable suspension rig which is available at an additional fee of £20 per shoot. ‘please note that the suspension points are only available for suspension with qualified/experienced riggers’

Off street parking, Free Wifi,  Bluetooth speaker, Tea/Coffee/Refreshments including fridge, microwave and toaster are available and there is also a well equipped changing/makeup area, restroom and shower facilities.  We also have 16 sq mtrs of martial arts mats available.

Opening hours can be flexible to suit our clients needs and the venue is suitable for filming and still photography. We have advice and support on site and our own in house models and photographers if required or a long list of models on the model register.

Hire Fees

Studio only:
(Please note * Setup/clear up is included in your hire time *)
1 hour only bookings: £25 for the hour
£20 per hour for 2 or more consecutive hours
Half day (4 hours):    £70
Full Day (8 hours):   £130

Are you a camera Club, Course or Group organiser? We can offer you a great venue, plenty of space and shooting areas, refreshments and a range of models if required. Off street parking, free wifi and great rates! Contact us for details.

The studio is full of natural light in the front rooms and blacked out for control in the back rooms.
